These terms govern the use of the Shopify app Redjam Bundles (the “App”), published by OA Digital. By installing the App you accept them.
1. Purpose
The App lets a Shopify merchant create quantity-based discount offers, display them on their product pages, and have them applied at checkout.
2. Account and installation
The App is installed from the Shopify App Store on an active Shopify store. You are responsible for the accuracy of the offers you configure and for complying with the regulations applicable to your promotions, in particular those governing the announcement of price reductions.
3. Pricing and billing
- Free — €0, one active bundle, no time limit.
- Monthly — €9.99 per month, unlimited bundles, seven-day trial.
- Annual — €99 per year, unlimited bundles, seven-day trial.
Billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Prices exclude applicable taxes. You may change plan or cancel at any time from your admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and is not refunded pro rata.
If you stop paying, your existing bundles keep working: only the creation of new bundles is limited.
4. Availability
We make every effort to keep the App available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, or because of Shopify or our hosting providers.
Offers are rendered with the product page from Shopify's own data: our server being unavailable does not stop your offers from showing or your discounts from applying.
5. Your data
Data processing is described in our privacy policy. You remain the owner of your data and may request its erasure at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its code and its graphic elements remain the property of OA Digital. Installation grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your subscription.
7. Liability
The App is provided as is. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. We are not liable for indirect losses, in particular loss of revenue or margin resulting from a misconfigured offer.
It is your responsibility to check your tiers before publishing them. The App warns you when a tier discounts less than a smaller one, but does not replace your own review.
8. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend access in the event of use contrary to these terms or to the Shopify App Store rules, after informing you.
9. Changes
These terms may change. Any substantial modification will be notified by email at least thirty days before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Marseille, France, have jurisdiction.
